Inn at Pine Terrace Policies
When creating reservations of guest rooms, we gather your name, address, email, phone number, and credit card information. We respect your information and keep it private and secure.
Guest room rates are posted for two guests. Guest room rates are subject to change. Posted guest room rates do not include 5.1% Wisconsin sales tax and 6% hotel tax. Additional guests may be accepted (max 2) with fee of $15 per additional guest, per night. We will send a confirmation email with reserved dates and total for your stay with us including taxes. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
Please contact us by email or phone to cancel your reservation. As a courtesy, we do not charge for a cancellation. To return the courtesy, please let us know as soon as possible when cancelling to allow us an opportunity to pursue another booking. We reserve the right to charge guests who do not contact us to cancel a reservation.
We collect full payment for your reservation total at the beginning of your stay. We accept payments by credit card and in cash. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Arrive for your stay and check-in between 3 and 7pm. Please inform us of your arrival time if possible. Special needs to arrive outside this window can be accommodated upon request. Please inquire.
At the end of your stay, check-out by 11am. We may be able to accommodate special late check-out times upon request. Please inquire.
The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The pool is reserved for registered guests. Children under 18 years of age must be supervised by an adult.
Please observe quiet hours at the inn from 10pm until 8am. We ask that you enjoy the common areas of the mansion while being considerate of other guests. We kindly thank you in advance for your cooperation.
This is a non-smoking inn.
Please inquire about our guest pet policies. The inn has a cat in residence, confined within the innkeepers personal quarters.
