We think our guests really like the Sunshine Waffles we serve occasionally. A light buttermilk belgian style waffle topped with a date compote, mascarpone cheese and fresh mint. We used Medjool dates cooked in water and a little maple syrup. The Mascarpone has a subtle sweetness and spreads like butter. Add pork sausage links, toasted walnuts and maple syrup on the side and… well, let’s just call it Yummy! Your table awaits. We serve breakfast to our registered guests every morning between 8:00 and 9:30.
