The Inn from the Owner's view

In many B&B's, the owner's only get a small space or sometimes no space at all in the main building. The Inn provides over 2500 sqr feet of private space for Owner's (and one of the nicest rooms in the house) with another 1400 sqr feet in the Carriage House. You get to live in a beatifully restored 130 old mansion with plenty of privacy and space.

Here are picture of the private spaces of the Inn. The Inn's main Website has many many more picture of the inside of each room and outside the building. After you look around her, you will want to visit the main site... www.InnAtPineTerrace.com

Owners Quarters

The Owner's Quarters are on the first floor and occupy the East side of the building. These rooms have one of the four fireplaces in the Inn (the others are in the Parlor, Suite and the Dining room). All the first floor rooms sport 12' ceilings (great for tall Christmas trees). The bedroom area also has a window box sitting area, formed by the turrent of the building, with tall windows on all three sides. You get views of the lake, the lovely grounds and Carriage House from here. A large walk-in closet was added to the Owner's quarter's (in 2007) and a sound proof wall was added to virtually block any noise from the outside hall and parlor. These are truely some of the nicest rooms in the Inn.

The Owner's quartes could be rented out, if you choose to live in the lower level Innkeeper's room instead. It is estimated that this room wiould bring in an additional $22k - $25k per year if rented.

Kitchen

The kitchen was completly gutted and renovated in 2008. All new appliances were added, including a double oven range, and quiet dishwasher. New cottage stayle wood cabnets, antiqued brass pulls and faucet , matching countertops and a new matching black sink finished out the decor. The new floor is precicion machined hardwood tile. Floor space was gained by receseing into the walls for the coffee machines. Working counter and storage areas were added by a new large pantry and counter in the back area. The new kitchen has been a great assest, making breakfast preperation much more efficient and the working space significantly more pleasent.

A very pretty kitchen.. nicer to work in than an "industrial restaurant" kitchen

This room is on the other side of teh kitchen and Dining rooms. It is the same large area as the Diniing room and can be used in many different ways. the previous owner used it as a dedicated meeting room. We use it as a large family room (we had 3 kids when we first moved in). We want to use it a recreation/excersice room once my daughter goes to college.

Its a big room! approximately 35 x 18 feet You can use this for many different purposes...
